Admission Procedures

In general, Challenges prefers to admit new patients on Monday through Saturday between 8am – 7 pm.  In many instances however, due to the particular circumstances of each case Challenges' admissions staff will arrange for special accommodations to be made at  times other than stated above.  The admissions staff is available for communication 24/7 and in special cases admissions can be arranged for times later than 7 pm and also on Sundays.

Medically stable adults who are assessed to be either chemically dependent, or are assessed to be chemically dependent with co occurring or multi occurring addictions,  compulsive behavior, mental illness and psychiatric disorders are appropriate for admission.
